Processing Time:

Our standard processing time is 1 business days (except for weekends, holidays and pre-orders). 

Shipping Carriers:

We ship through United States Postal Service and UPS. Shipping cost are non refundable.

If you’ve made a mistake or given us incorrect information please contact us as soon as possible via LwTrendyTransfers4@yahoo.com and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

If your order is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address we will gladly re-ship the order at the customer's expense (which will be the cost as original shipping fee for that order).

Please note: LW Transfers is not responsible for items damaged during transit, returns due to incorrect/incomplete address, or extended shipping delays by the carrier. Once items are shipped from LW Transfers, transit time is the sole responsibility of the Carrier. 

Deliver date is estimate by Carrier service and sometimes may be delayed. Please allow a 2 to 3 day window for possible delays when placing your order
